WINTER IS HERE – With thanksgiving comes the snow and boy did we get some (almost a meter in 2 days). Not only was I able to partake in an American traditional celebration – thanksgiving but I also took part in another tradition, Thanksgiving sales. Yep you wake up at 5 am and go and buy things you don’t need with thousands of other sleeply confused buyers. What a great few days, SNOW, Cold (averaged -14 to -21 degrees celcius), Turkey, Shopping and old friends (I caught up with old friends from my DTS – that I hadn’t seen for 10 years).
Plus I babysat, dreaded a friends hair, dyed another, and DROVE A TRUCK IN THE SNOW! I am so tired! 3 ½ weeks to Christmas break!!
I know that I will probably get sick of this soon, but how beautiful is this place with snow on it.
