My Birthday!

It begun at 6:30am and finished around 1am the next morning with a bonfire on top of a mountain overlooking our beautiful lake and the mountains that surround it.

What an incredible day ... everyone laughed at me by the end of the because I had to keep repeating to myself that "it is my birthday"

Man just love you all. Every year I feel blessed. This year I feel blessed to be alive, to have had a great life, the best friends and family in the whole world ... and to be love by God. Wow ... my life is full thanks to you!!

My 30th Birthday

I woke up to my door and the entire dorm decorated for me.

28 of my friends and fellow students got up at 6:30am to go to breakfast.

It was an incredible day ... I felt so blessed. First breakfast then class, Malachi (great book) then worship (awesome) then our for coffee with friends. Before I went to breakfast someone had asked me how my day was going and my response was "incredible, the only thing is that I asked for notes of encouragement from my friends, my sister must have forgotten. But it is still one of the best birthdays". So needless to say I was so surprised when I arrived at the coffee shop and waiting for me were two full books of encouraging lovely notes from friends here and around the world that my sister, with the help of some birdies here, arranged for me. Tears of pure joy.

Man this was an incredible day. Though it would have been great to have all of the rest of my wonderful friends here too, it was all I could ask for. And it wasen't over yet ...
